Ryan McGroarty

As Chief Financial Officer, Ryan brings a deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace and strategic and operational finance expertise. He has over 25 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years in CFO roles.

Previously, Ryan served as CFO of Help at Home, the leading national provider of innovative, high-quality, relationship-based, in-home care services for seniors and people living with disabilities. Prior to Help at Home, he was with Cigna for over 20 years, most recently as CFO of Government Business. Ryan has extensive experience in government and commercial programs, delivery of healthcare and population and value-based solutions. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
